A Mailman List is a shared discussion list that people may subscribe to. Rice's mailing list service uses Mailman, a popular e-mail list management tool. To send e-mail to the subscribers of a list, you can send mail to listname-L@mailman.rice.edu, where listname is the name of your list. To request a mailing list, fill out the form below.
Desired Name for the List: NOTE -- The name must be one word. Valid characters are a-z, 0-9, _ , - , and +. The name may not conflict with an existing email address or list at Rice, and -L will be added to the name to clearly indicate that it is a list, or -TL for a temporary list. For example, list name "foo" becomes foo-L or foo-TL.

List admin e-mail address(es): These addresses will receive administrative notifications (moderation requests, errors, etc.) about the mailing list. Non-Rice addresses may be administrators.
This list is temporary: Yes No Temporary lists will be removed at the start of the fiscal year (July 1), and must end with -TL.
