PC-Cillin license keys will be granted to current Rice University faculty, staff and students only.

Where will you install PC-Cillin?
If you qualify for a license, you should
receive your license key via e-mail in a few minutes.
Please note that we can issue PC-Cillin License
keys only to personal Rice e-mail addresses. Non-Rice
addresses, organizational accounts and course accounts will
not receive an PC-Cillin License Key. Please do not give out
your license or share it with others. If you have any
